Tonight we welcome The Weeks from Jackson, Mississippi back to The Adelphi. A third time at the Adelphi for this band, who have sold the place out on both previous visits.
Tickets have been selling fast, you may be wise to buy one rather than wait to pay on the door. This will sell out. Online tickets must be bought before 4.00pm today from Hull Box Office £9. Any remaining tickets will be sold on the door for £11. Doors 8 pm. Don’t leave it too late.

A message from the band… “So excited for another UK tour; we’ve missed you all dearly. Y’all just get rowdier every time. Can’t wait to see old friends and make some new ones! We’ll see y’all out there!”

In 2013, the band released their label debut album, Dear Bo Jackson, on Serpents and Snakes Records, spent the year on their “Thick As Thieves Tour” and were included in Rolling Stone magazine’s “Hottest Live Photos of 2013″ feature after a raucous set at NYC’s Mercury Lounge.
Not content with that the band then hopped over the pond for a UK/European Arena tour with Kings of Leon and managed to fit in a sold out at The New Adelphi Club.
Since then, the band headlined the Communion Tour, which was handpicked by Mumford & Sons’ Ben Lovett, played direct support to Jake Bugg at The Ryman, sold out the Mercy Lounge in Nashville twice, sold out the Adelphi again and have barely left the road with no plans to do so soon. The full length follow up to Dear Bo Jackson will be released in Spring 2015, before then the band are taking to the road with new material and firm favourites.
