ACCESSIBILITY
The New Adelphi Club CIC welcomes visitors with additional needs, however due to the structural nature of our building, please advise staff in advance of any special requirements by emailing [email protected], where we will be happy to help.
In most cases, should any further assistance or support be needed for your visit, our general manager, bar manager and venue staff will do their best to accommodate.
We are located down De Grey Street, halfway between Newland Avenue and Beverley Road, and can be reached easily by bus from those two roads. We do have a small car park for bands and customers, although there is free on-street parking down De Grey Street.
Entry and exit to the venue are step free, however our car park is uneven in places. There are no accessible toilets inside the venue and the closest accessible toilet are located at the Mayfair Hotel on Beverley Road, approximately 3 minutes from the venue. There are no lowered bars within the venue, however staff are happy to help if you require further assistance. We have an outdoor area at the back of the venue with some seating, and our main room has benches, chairs and tables. Please note that at certain busier times or DJ night gigs, seating will be reduced so if you wish to sit, make sure to either arrive early or contact the venue in advance to reserve seating.
The New Adelphi Club CIC will offer up to 2x PA tickets to any customer who requires support to attend the gig and can be arranged by contacting us via phone or email.
