The Conversation Continues: Moving Forward

Taking another step in order to continue the conversation in this final intervention of the series.

Looking back but moving forward, this finale includes the first public screening of film ‘Moving Moment’ by Andrew Quinn, Barbara Grabher and Tamar Draper as well as contributions by poet and word warrior Michelle Dee and the musical duo Isaac & Rebecca Draper.

Take the opportunity to see the filmic translation of the research project ‘Gendering Cities of Culture’ by Barbara Grabher. Film was supported by 20 community members participating in the dance project in March 2018. Further contribution by residents of Hull as ‘observing participants’ in the research project throughout 2017 and Hull’s celebration of the title UK City of Culture. Asking the question ‘Which moments have moved you?’, Quinn, Grabher and Draper invited for reflections upon what lasts when confetti touch the ground.
