The Caterpillar Spies
Featuring current members and former members of  some of Hull’s best bands including LIFE, Fonda 500, Bunkerpop, Candid Faces, Chubby Mam, The Favours, Stuka and The Rocky Nest… The Caterpillar Spies play gentle, wonky songs about the inevitable reality of death, life and loving in the 21st century.

With a colourful spectrum of slo-fi  instrumentation including finger picking guitar, bass, drums, violin, piano, cello, flute, melodica, glockenspiel, tap shoes, percussion and joyous group sing-a-longs… subtle and kind… The Caterpillar Spies echo the sounds of such luminaries as Belle & Sebastian, Gorky’s Zygotic Mynci and 3rd album era The Velvet Underground.
