For those unfamiliar with LACH, he invented a guerrilla movement that changed the face of clubland in New York.
Anti-Folk was established in Greenwich Village, the cradle of the modern LGBT movement and birthplace of the beat generationand 60’s counter culture.

Anti-Folk in the 90’s and 00’s gave birth to the careers of so many incredible artists that have become household names including Beck, Kimya Dawson, Adam green, Hamell on trial, Toby Goodshank, Prewar Yardsale, Jeffrey Lewis, Herman Dune, Regina Spektor, Major Matt Mason, Jack Dishel and a UK variant including Emmy the Great, David Cronenburg’s Wife and many others.
