Everybody to Kenmure Street premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2026, where it won the Special Jury Award.

Hull Anti-Raids presents a free community screening of Everybody to Kenmure Street

The film follows the events of a 2021 Home Office immigration raid on Kenmure Street in Glasgow’s Pollokshields neighbourhood at dawn on the day of Eid al-Fatir. Local residents gathered to prevent the detention of individuals, with hundreds surrounding the Home Office van. Through crowd-sourced footage, archival material, and dramatised scenes, the documentary presents a chronological account of the protest.

Stick around after the screening to hear from Hull Anti-Raids about community resistance to immigration compliance and enforcement (ICE) in Hull and how you can get involved, including attending and hosting future know-your-rights training workshops. We’ll also hold a space for people to talk about the film and share their reflections after having seen it.
