Self proclaimed inventors of Psychedelic Sci-fi folk Maia create genre busting mix of sweet stunning vocal harmonies over funky blissed out grooves

Maia will be playing The NEW ADELPHI CLUB in Hull on 17 November 2017 to promote the release of their new album WILD WATERS. Maia have spent the last few years touring and playing festivals in UK and Europe, and their album will be out 7 May. Maia have been described as “Harmonic psychedelic sci-fi folk and disco rock,” and are playing many festivals this upcoming summer.

Support is from Hull’s own avant-garde, chicken in a basket, entertainers,Black Kes. Black Kes are like if The Grumbleweeds really got in to Roxy Music, Bowie and Can and wrote songs like Bob Dylan. Witnessing is believing.
