Channel 4 shot a film at The New Adelphi Club in the week before Christmas with Cameo Brooks and the NCS – National Citizen Service. Watch the film below. The project was focused on using music as therapy for mental health. We built a sound proofed recording studio from scratch in 5 days.

The Adelphi is delighted to announce the opening of a new in-house recording studio. The FAB LAB is a safe creative space, a fully equipped sound laboratory for use by the local community.
The FAB LAB is now up and running. Paul at Fast & Bulbous is managing the sound studio project.
Email fablabstudios2020@gmail.com for bookings/support/details on the project. Or leave us a message on 01482 348216. Adam Womack and Cameo were amongst the first folks to record in the new studio.
Thank you Barcroft Media and Channel 4 for your generosity and to the local people who worked so hard turning the building project around in under a week.
