MOTHER are a five-piece band hailing from Kingston upon Hull. After Uploading their first track last September, they’ve received ongoing support BBC Introducing on Radio Humberside.
The sound is a combination of distorted, yet slick vocals, which sit amongst a cauldron of organ, fuzzy electric guitars and a charged rhythm section. Think of Black Flag meeting Modern Lovers, with a touch of The Doors thrown in for good measure. Their live shows are razor sharp and full of venom, so if you’re at Reading and Leeds or watching our videos afterwards, MOTHER will be a tough band to ignore.
